In an attempt to stay far away from large, scary platforms, I have decided to start a personal blog. Just my life and my words. Those who are interested are welcome to read it.
I find comfort in this space, to be honest. I want things to be simple without all the extra craziness that comes along with social media. Instagram is a hellhole. Tumblr is a nightmare. Don't even mention Twitter. I hate it all. I crave authenticity without the *feeling* of being online.
The only reason I have social media is to communicate with friends. I may end up sharing pictures of my adventures, but you needn't know everything about me. I may want to blog my travels here, as infrequently as I travel. I feel it more special for such exciting events.
This blog may contain entries written in other languages. Linguistics is fascinating. I hope you think so, too.
